(2) Mechanism and treatment method of such abnormal sound:
A. When air is mixed in the steering system, the hydraulic oil at the steering gear valve port changes from high pressure to low pressure, and the air is separated from the hydraulic oil to form a blasting sound; Check whether the oil in the oil tank is lacking, whether the filter element is damaged, or whether the joint is loose to absorb air. After that, turn left and right to the pole several times to exhaust the air in the steering system.
B. Booster pump overflow noise. Dirty hydraulic oil can clog the filter element. After the filter element is clogged, the pressure difference between the inner and outer sides of the filter element will be too large, resulting in an unstable oil level. When the oil level changes, due to the large negative value on the inner side, it is easy to mix air into the oil inlet pipe, causing the pump to be compressed and generating aerodynamic noise. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the pressure of the booster pump or replace it.
